| This site was created to share some things with my family and friends. Some of the parts are a little silly or a little pointless, but it's all in good fun. Except for a few hotspots done in Front Page, the rest is coded by hand.

Q: Do I need to download the Japanese language packs?
A: No, not really.
There is very little written in Japanese that isn't written in English somewhere
else. If you want to see the neat characters, then you should get the language pack, but I suspect if you could read it you'd have it by now.
Though it will stop asking you if you do.

Q: Gee, Mendel looks like you.
A: This isn't a question, but it is frequently said, so I think it qualifies in some way.
The answer is sure she does sort of, but not really. Many of the characters in the story have the "same face, different hair" style of character design. This means that any character with long brown hair is probably going to look like me.

Actually, going by bangs, my "typical" look makes me look more like the king than Mendel. Maybe I'm their love child.

Though for a brief time in the spring of 2003 when I did get some bangs I looked like Mendel. So in fact I was copying Mendel, since she had the look first. I look like this now, so I don't know what character I look like.
