So every Thursday instead of driving directly into work, I’ve been turning the opposite way and heading to the Japanese block. Many of you have been to my favorite Japanese restaurant right there, but it’s never open it seems. So, for the past month I’ve been going to the grocery store instead and getting a little less than a pound of salmon sashimi. It’s super mega cheap compared to sushi restaurants and it’s high-quality fresh.
